Actionable and Encouraging!

This is a great roadmap with lots of examples of how we can lift each other up and examine our own insecurities and biases. Very well done.

Life changing book

Molly's delivery is so sincere and engaging. I especially loved the material on the dangers of scarcity mindset and comparisons, as well as developing one's own superpower.

Timely Read

I loved this book so much! Molly does such a great job inspiring us to lift each other up by getting our own lives in order and then seeking opportunities to be inclusive and uplifting to other women. A victory for one of us is a victory for all of us.

60 Shares - An amazing book

I shared this audiobook to 60 people when I was about half way through. Most of whom responded said they would listen/read, share or download. One guy I sent to by mistake said great timing his daughter could use a book like this (God work in amazing ways). I loved what I heard and will download the guide and listen again so I can go through the exercises. I listened ever opportunity I got and was done in less than a week. A record for me. Great resources mentioned throughout the book and I will check out the ones I was able to write down. Thanks for this book Molly, such an easy to understand book. This black girl, mom, Soldier, average body type, love helping other, and always wanting to improve girl love this book.

Great book to support each other

Even if some of the things in the book are kind of obvious, it makes you think why we don't do certain actions more often to lift each other up as women. The best part is that after each chapter there are questions that are perfect for instrospection and I'm going to use those questions for my journaling. Let's lift each other up!

Not impressed

The most positive thing about this book was it was purchased on the daily sale so I paid very little for it.

Wanted to like it but having trouble finishing the book

I firmly believe in bring up those around me. I am a strong, though often quiet leader, who leads by example. This book starts by pushing that all women are disadvantaged just by being female. Though I admit the author doesn’t say it quite that blatantly. Then I got to the first “exercise” which was to look up the term “successful women” on the internet and was told that I would find young, classically good looking, thin women. Of the 15 women who showed on my initial search only 3 were white, there were 8 black women and a couple who appeared Hispanic. As two of the women were Oprah and Hillary Clinton whom I don’t consider to be ‘young’. For now I am going to walk away from this book. Maybe I will try again at another time in my life.

Not Great!

I thought this book might have some interesting ideas. Maybe this is for a much younger audience. I just couldn’t get thru this after the first 3 chapters.
Not worth it in my opinion.Thankfully I bought it in sale.
