The afterlife is a bit more fiery than I pictured, but that's fine. I'm used to fighting to survive, and literal Hell just might be a step up from what I've been dealing with.

perfect "lighter" break from my usual
I was looking for something a bit "lighter" than my usual romantic suspense, but not as "clean" as most cozy mysteries. This hit the spot for me. I am just disappointed that the second book of the series is not available in audiobook. I was ready to buy it immediately after finishing the first book.
