The most intriguing fantasy book I've read

This is my new favorite title. Excellent storytelling, interesting characterization, and engaging plot are what kept me thoroughly hooked throughout my 14-hour binge. Oh, did I mention the jokes and witty remarks? You'll be satisfied. Lastly, the themes of identity, friendship, and finding your place in a world that has everything against you resonate deeply. Go give this a read/listen if you're into love & cryptids

Pro tip: look up the title on Royal Road if you want to enjoy illustrations & music!
