Great Series

I enjoyed these books by April Murdock as I have of all the ones I have listened to so far from her.

Voices

Males all sound dumb. I expect to hear a duh after each line. Exaggerated voices ruins the story. Should have had a Male reader or Male and female

Simply atrocious

The characters are superficial, mercenary, shallow and trite. The grammar is so bad that I cannot believe these stories ever even saw a copy editor. In fact, if there were any editors assigned to this author she should sue for gross negligence. The narrator does nothing to improve this atrocity. She reads as if to a classroom of special needs kindergartners and her characterization is inconsistent with the supposed intentions of the author. Whining women and doltish men. Just unbearable.
