Great info, not a great reader

The simplicity of the approach to changing a culture. It looks totally do-able.

What didn’t you like about Eric Synnestvedt’s performance?

Eric has a way of speaking that sounds condescending. It gets annoying. I keep listening because it's the best way for me to get acquainted with the material, but a more positive tone to his reading would help a ton!

Painfully Boring with a Misleading Title

If you think it's a self-help book that may assist you with your smartphone addiction, you are wrong. In essence, the entire book is just a very long description of a single business experiment. For the entire duration of the book the author describes unhappy and overworked employees trying to have one after-work-hours evening a week for themselves instead of continuing working until late night. And guess what? They are not doctors or policemen. They are consultants in a certain cosulting group from Boston (yes, that one). And don't let me even start on their work culture and attitudes. So, if you are a manager facing the same problems, you might find it mildly useful. If you are not, skip it.
