What a Great Surprise!
I'm not sure what I was expecting...with a title like "Skinny Bitch", But what I loved about this book was it was a common sense compliation of nutritional information with an "In your Face" attitude. Done in a truely caring way. Nutritional information that INSPIRES you to take action, caring for yourself and the planet.

Dated information. Funny though.
I love this book. I think it's hilarious and the narrator did a good job. The information for the most part is really helpful, but since it's publication, more science has come out about sugary products like agave syrup and brown rice syrup, etc... That stuff definitely WILL make you fat, so I consider this book to have outdated information.
Read it for amusing inspiration, but do you nutrition homework to ensure you got all the facts.

Eye opener
When diving into this book, I didn't realize the information could be so great! Before listening, I wasn't all for being a vegetarian or vegan. I knew the horrors that animals went through to be on my plate, but I just simply didn't think about it. The authors really drill it into you and go into such detail that I have the want to stop eating meat altogether. Their info was so spot on and eye opening.

This Book Changed My Life
7 years ago I became pregnant. My mom gave me this book. HOLY SHIT! It opened my eyes to a whole new world which led to my career path of becoming a Healthy Lifestyle Coach and my own company of Healthy Badass Company. I have been learning more and more and became a Nutrition Consultant, Personal Trainer, Life Coach and Yoga Instructor. I wanted to save the world after this book telling everyone everywhere the dangerous lies that have been going on behind out backs. Not only do I love how these women talk but I love how inspiring they are. DEFINITELY A MUST READ!!
