Positive and Inspirational

I love this book and was happy to see it on Audible. I also own a paperback copy of this book, have given it to friends as a gift and still refer back to it when I need some inspiration. I've taken Erica's Empath Yoga Teacher Training course and continue to be inspired by her. Erica is a positive teacher and mentor. I highly recommend this book.
