Helpful!

Techniques were helpful during those difficult times. I also liked how the author was direct and to the point. You will find out exactly why and what you need to do to handle your anger. The narrator also had a great voice for the material and, overall, a joy to listen to.

Blown Away!

In today's world, it is so nice to see a book that is ready to help the generations that have learned how to shove their feelings deep down inside and pretend to not be who they truly are. This book breaks down the walls and encourages you to be who you are without any apologies. There is so much from our past that has shaped who we are today, whether good or bad, and some of those things need to be dealt with as they have a significant impact on how we live our lives. For men especially they are taught to be this person who is strong, doesn't share their emotions, no breakdowns, be the bread-winner, etc. Women are expected to share their emotions but then are judged when they do. It's time to remove the stereotypes and that's exactly what this book is doing. The book is laid out in a way to help you go through the journey and by the end of it, you feel empowered to begin to make the changes needed to move forward.

Amazing book. I can't say enough good things. I hope this book reaches many people as there are so many hurting in silence and I hope they get the help they need and want.

Great Workbook

This is a great book for self-therapy and care. It includes several exercises, such as breathwork and mindfulness, that help you overcome various issues. A journal is included for tracking your progress. One chapter has several great positive affirmations to say daily. The techniques and methods described in the book were easy to follow and understand. Also the free PDF is included which feels like a great value
