As someone with ADHD, this book was a wonderful look into my experience. it was also difficult sometimes to hear because of how I have felt in the past and still feel sometimes. overall, I can't recommend it highly enough!

Eye Opening

I have been pursuing my suspicions that I might have ADD for a couple weeks now but reading this has made my decision to get a solid diagnosis easy. I related to SO much of this book that I can no longer deny it. It was so well written and I loved that there were many stories and personal analogies mixed in with scientific explanations. Very readable as a lay person.

I liked it so much I ordered the physical copy after reading!
