A favorite.

What an amazing HEA for Lucien and Adeline. You can't help but fall in love with them both. Twists and turns, up and downs, what a ride! The Keeping Me Series, Bk 1 & 2 are not to be missed if you like dark romance. Highly recommend. I have to call this a favorite series.Looking forward to Jax's story.
The dual narration was wonderful, especially the female. They added alot to the emotion of the story.

Saving Him!

"Saving Him" is the second part of the "Keep Me" duet. You need to read/listen to the first story before this one. The story is about Lucian and Adeline. It is a dark romance with violence and possible triggers. Since the previous read ended in a cliffhanger this one picks up with the after math. Adeline finds out that the people she thought cared for didn't and the person she thought was awful cares deeply. I enjoyed how this story unravels and you see dark, ugly and truth. I thought the narrators of the audiobook really did a good job bringing the story and characters to life. It was definitely a captivating and intense read/listen.

Dark mafia kidnap romance 🔥

I'm going to tell you, I read the first book, and I didn't really like the characters. I thought Lucien was a cruel, harsh, unfeeling, jerk. Honestly, who buys women to steal their virginity? Adeline, I thought she was plain stupid and naive. I thought Adeline was ridiculous for giving in to Lucien. This book makes up for the bad feelings I had from the first book. Adeline and Lucien both went through some harsh things at the hands of people who were supposed to care about them. By far, Lucien's abuse and neglect was worse. It made me understand his neurosis' a little bit more. Lucien was lucky his uncle saved him. I wonder did Jackson have feelings for Adeline beyond platonic? What I thought was sad was that Adeline thought her original fiancé loved her and she could love him. Oh how wrong she was! You couldn't ever do that to someone you claimed to love! In this bad situation though, Adeline saved Lucien and Lucien saved Adeline. Everyday Adeline cures Lucien of his crazy tendencies. At the end, Jackson met a woman, who will be in the 3rd book.

Loved the whole book!!!

This was a perfect sequel to Saving her. Their love story was very unconventional but I loved every part of it! I’ve never rooted for a couple more!! Must read Saving Her first!!

Book 2 - Keep Me

This is book 2 in Snyder's Keep Me series and I'll start by saying I didn't read book 1 first and I still loved this read/listen but would highly recommend reading book 1 first if able. Also while this book is great I especially loved these narrators. Borne has the perfect gravely, swoony voice for a rough and tough alpha male and Alden is really a great overall female voice and the pair together is just a dream to listen to! Okay so this book is a dark romance read. There are some triggers so if your a sensitive listener be forewarned. Our main characters are Lucian and Adeline and we are taken on a roller coaster of a ride in this book. The love and devotion that these two have developed with others try to rip them apart is captivating from start to finish. Great storyline that flows perfectly, amazing character growth and perfect balance of steamy chemistry and alpha domination.

Lucien

This was an entertaining story. It has plenty of action, and the pace keeps things moving. I like Lucien, even with all his emotional baggage. Adeline is a fiery independent person. She seemed to fall for Lucien too quickly, considering he kidnapped her basically. But, instant attraction would also explain their relationship. I am looking forward to Jackson’s story. Narration was well done.

Captivating!

Saving Him, the second book in the Keep Me series is a well-written and captivating dark romance. After the shocking ending to Keeping Her, the first book, my expectations were set pretty high for the sequel. All I have to say is Saving Him delivered in the best way possible. There wasn't a dull moment. The storyline is intense, suspenseful, heartfelt, hot, and steamy, wrapped in unexpected twists. What drew me in the most was how well-developed the characters were, their dynamics, and the complexity of their emotions. I've genuinely enjoyed the series, and I'm crossing my fingers Angela Snyder publishes Watching Her in audiobook so I can continue the series.

Stephen Borne and Auri Alden did an outstanding job with the narration. They grasped and enacted the complex personalities, emotions, and connections between the characters. Saving Him was a fantastic second installment with a great plot and excellent narration, one I'll highly recommend.

I loved it!

This is the second book in the Keep Me series, a Dark Romance. Lucien and Adeline's story continues where the first book left off. The storyline is breathtakingly captivating, filled with action, danger, suspense, and twists and turns. This is an excellent conclusion to Lucien and Adeline's story. Looking forward to listening to Watching Her, the next book in the series. Stephen Borne and Auri Alden did an outstanding job with the narration. #TheFlock

Full of action the whole way through

I was waiting for this one! After the serious cliffhanger at the end of Keeping Her, I was most anxious to find out what would happen to Adeline! After her failed escape attempt and Lucien saved her, they became a lot closer. He was letting her sleep in his bed! He became more and more jealous of Jax. He didn’t want to put a label on the feelings he was having for her because his life had shown him that words can be empty. Her family, and jerk wad fiancé, end up finding her and taking her away…. And that it where the real craziness begins.

Throughout this book I was on edge. I picked it up in the morning and finished it before I went to bed. The odd way that Adeline and Lucien get together only adds to the suspense on if they will be able to make it work. For a couple of chapters I was seriously mad! I really did not like what was happening. In the end it all worked out. (I still kind of want to punch Gio in the face!!!) AND you get a teaser look into the relationship that Jax starts forming with Katya. There is a back story there that I am dying to find out about!!!

After having read this duet a few years ago I was super excited to hear that it was coming to audio! The narrators did a fantastic job taking on the roles of Lucian & Adeline! And the story was just as great as I remember it being.... having the ability to revisit Lucian and Adeline via audio is fantastic!!!

Saving Him

Saving Him is the second book in the Keep Me Series. This book is told from multiple points of view from Lucian, Adeline, and Giovanni.

After Lucian gets what he wants from Adeline he was supposed to return her. However, he decided he was to keep her since her life could be in danger. As Lucian and Adeline are still together feelings get stronger. However we find out more about Lucian's past, and Adeline will do what she can to help him get through and heal from his past traumas.

Lucian and Adeline's relationship grows stronger the more they are together. However, there is still a threat out for Adeline's life. What happens when that threat shows up? Will both Lucian and Adeline get away unharmed? What happens when Adeline's father realizes what happened to her? What happens when Giovanni finally finds her?

This book was action-packed. So many secrets and lies came out. I feel Lucian grew into a better person with Adeline there. Will Adeline and Lucian get their happy ending? I can't wait to see what happens next in this series with one of the side characters!
