Arduous, complicated gift of love.

Ryan narrated the story beautifully, he sowed the emotion throughout, I believe a new favorite I will look for.

The story was unusual in that we come into Savage and Seychelle's relationship late after they have been together for months, have already broken up but are back together. This was difficult for me as they referenced things that had no depth or were never explained.

If you have read the previous books you know Savage is a sadist, I think Christine was able to tell his story realistically but I felt for Seychelle her love and courage came through as well as her strength of will to stand up for herself.

This was a heart-rending story I read in one sitting, all of Torpedo Ink played a part so I was glad to see them but upset on Seychelles behalf. I love the Torpedo Ink books but this has been the toughest read so far.

Intense

As always Torpedo Ink books keep you on the edge of your seat. Can't wait for the next book.

Loved book 2

Didn’t know if I would like the second book. I knew it would show the more hard core of Savage and her relationship. Which it did but it also went deeper into their relationship, their love story and the great story line that was started in the previous book. Christine really expanded Torpedo Inks Universe in this book. Can’t wait to see where she takes us from here.

One of her Best!

This is the second part Of Savages story and man she really did a great job on this. It deals with some hard subject matter but she did it artfully!

Savage's story

I loved listening to Savage's story. I love this series very much. However i have to admit that sections of the love scenes where a little too intense for my taste. I thoughly enjoyed the base story, just kinda skip over the parts i'm a bit uncomfortable with.

Not for those who don’t like it hard.

Definitely not for the faint of heart. More hardcore than others in the series, but I read anything by Christine.

I can’t believe I’m going to write this but, this duo book was too long. I usually always feel that the longer a story, the better. However, in this case, there wasn’t enough “story” to justify the length. Either more action needed to be added or fluff needed to be removed. I just feel that the author dragged this story out, way to much.

I love this series, and if the club had more missions or if there was more interaction with the club, by Savage and his lady, it would have made all the difference. I’ve never written this before, either, but there was too much sex for story that surrounded it.

With that being said, I will continue to download everything that CF releases, unless this pattern continues.

Another great story!

Ms Feehan delivers another great book. I’m looking forward to tying up thee loose ends.
