Very Well Done

In the book, the author Ivan introduces the concept of Samadhi which is described as unity of consciousness or enlightenment. He also describes the process to reach that stage by activating higher chakras until one reaches the peak. Also it explains some simple, yet very useful meditation exercises to this effect.

There is solid knowledge about Samadhi

There is solid knowledge about Samadhi Yoga in appendix C than you will find in most other books and yet it is not hard to know or difficult to understand. You can bind your life around a hard book.

this book stretched my mind

For those interested in the yoga sutras and need to deepen their holistic yoga knowledge and practice. Great go to if someone cites a sutra and you want to know /learn more. I never feel surprised by this book as I can dip in and out taking one sutra at a time.

Straightforward & Magical Approach to Astrology

A magisterial work not for the unplanned user due to a lot of Sanskrit terminology. The Sanskrit is presented and then used rather freely without telling the reader of the definition. This is done cumulatively so as the reader progresses through the chapters it is necessary to go back and reference terminology. Taking notes on the regularly used Sanskrit terms on a sheet of paper that can be used as a bookmark is considerate.

Excellent meditation manual

What I love so much about this method is that it starts right at the beginning, explains why and how. Then, as you move on it describes what hurdles you will face and how to deal with them.
