A great beginners book
There are practices to do in this audiobook along with meditation practice. It teaches how to feel the energy, send energy, find your inner temple, how to meet guides and deities, and more. I love the way the audiobook is put together. Almost everything in this book is useful to my training. I would advise this book/ author to beginners of the craft.

Easy to understand
I got this audiobook to be very interesting and educational for a beginner. I suggested most amazed by the soul mate line.
