Pimsleur is soooo effective in teaching

The best way to describe these lessons is sparring! Best learning book ever. Pimsleur is on point when it comes to teaching. My Russian according to a Russian friend says it’s getting so much better. I have a friend who I recommend learning Spanish and he sounds better each day.

Constructive criticism

The story line is sometimes not in keeping with real life. For example when the man or the women keep changing their mind back and forth over a particular decision. Some repetitions are exhausting. There has to be a more fluid way of repetition.

woman always does not know

so stereotypical indecisiveness by her gets old. the man mumbles to much making it wearisome. pace is good. story good.

Great!

This book is awesome for learning to build sentences and recalling vocab. I slowed it down to 80% speed so its easy to listen and gives me more time to respond. I'd use this for any language.

Great language learning tool.

Great as a supplemental tool for your target language. My Russian coworker says my pronunciation is good and I admit it's due to these programs.
