pimsluer courses work. but you have to put in the time daily and repeat the words out loud.

best crash course yet!

under the wire? time is of the essense and crammimg must be done ....i have found this rendition to be the most helpful to me. I actually got a pretty good grasp of basic hebrew. Excellant pronunciation help too.

very good method. very well thought out. you will learn to speak very quickly but the vocabulary remains basic.

Tremendous. Feel like I’m actually learning

With discipline enough to complete this 5/7 days a week, you will quickly learn beginners Hebrew. The repetition and order of exercises is of inestimable assistance. I’ve tried to learn Hebrew before on apps and with sleep book, but this is first time it feels like it’s sticking. Ah-nee may-veen kt-sot Ivrit!

Yes. I am learning Biblical Hebrew and have found this to be very helpful. There is a lot of crossover.

Ok with another book for reading skills

I went through the whole Pimsleur Hebrew (1, 2 and 3) and I it is a very efficient method to unlock speaking difficulties as well as oral understanding.
However the course does not provide with sufficient grammar explanations (especially with regard to the verbs), and the reading material is too poor.
I highly recommend to start by an alef-bet and then go on with pimsleur + a book for reading skills (Ora Band or Ester Raizen are excellent to get familiar with the reading in hebrew).
