Much better than the last couple books!

This book is much better than the last few which, to much silly romance and not very good mystery plot. Almost didn't get this one, but glad I did!

Loved it!

I have read (or listened to) all of Carolyn Haines' Sarah Booth Delaney mysteries and never fail to be entertained. I am from Mississippi and love the tales of the Mississippi Delta. Keep these delightful books coming!

Great writer

Extremely well written stories even when I may not like the path Haines follows or the choices she has Sarah make. Forbes does a fine job with all the characters. A previous story just had way too much sadness and violence for Sarah AND her friends, but Haines eased off that. I’m glad I’ve continued the series.

Love Sarah Booth books!

This was yet another great Sarah Booth Delaney book. Several plot twists made it very engaging.

Great Storyline

Tinky has always amused me. This was the first time that she's done sonething to make me gasp and shake my head. I was very surprised at her initial decision. Great writing.

Another good hit

This was one of the best 'Bone" books yet! way to go Ms Haines! There were multiple plots and we'll developed characters to enjoy.

Love This Series

another great Sarah Booth Delaney Adventure. A lot of interesting things going on in this book. Lots of Edge of your seat moments. I love the reference to the bounty hunters being Clint Purcell and Dave ( Robicheaux).
