This book was so needed. I’m very goal-oriented. I can become so focused on work that I don’t enjoy the gift of the present. This assured me that rest is essential to the health of my body, soul, and relationships.

Enjoyed Vicki’s perspective and reminders

Enjoyed Vicki’s perspective and reminders of what is truly important in life. She offers guidance on helping you identify what is important to you and ways to follow through. We have so many distractions vying for our time so we need to make choices.

***I hope Vicki will record this book in her voice some day. Nothing against the performance, but I recently listened to another book read by same person and for me it muddies the water if you will. I know we don’t always like the sound of our own spoken voices, but that is my preference for this genre. ❤️
