Basic, not expert
This is the most basic books on rental property management that I have yet listened to. Absolutely not worth it. Rather than details on what makes, how to fund and find... this book does a basic general review you could find anywhere but then goes into details on how to clean/prep the rental to "impress" your tenant, and yes, they actually used impress!

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
This is such a high level overview it would suit a 6-8th grader or someone that has absolutely no common sense about real estate at all.
