Best couple dollars I ever spent!

This is the perfect, succinct lesson & meditation I could have hoped for. Easy to listen to and refer back to as much as necessary since it's only an hour total &/or just do the meditation anytime I'm feeling triggered or nostalgic.

I had been struggling to get over a break up for about 3 months. I was miserable and crying almost every day. I made the decision to start taking an active role in my healing. This book provided a couple of very useful tools for me. It also included a surprisingly healing guided meditation at the end. I highly recommend this book to someone who has been hurting over an ex and desperately needs some relief.
