Most detailed oriented book that should be mandatory for all new and existing real estate agents. It is excellent and complete in its discussion of all things necessary to become a successful real estate agent. This could be a course used for first year agents by smaller offices without the resources of a big training center.

Great listen for new agents. Gives a lot of great tips to get you started in the right direction. So happy I listen this book. I just know I an going to listen much more and frequently. Written with great attention, Practical but also inspiring. Thanks

A great resource!

This book added new information I hadn’t seen before. It proposed a couple new ways to evaluate real estate investments and a realistic checklist for the steps it would take to make those investments happen.Great overview of all the basics and items to consider when purchasing an investment property.

Highly recommended

This is not like most real estate books. Many others listen like a sales pitch: frustratingly repeating how great real estate is and how you'll get rich if you (insert general statement). This book is about action.This book was very detailed in explaining how to manage rental properties.

A true wealth of information

This book has a lot of great information and I loved that it includes ways to make money from a variety of different sources,author shares some of his own personal experience and advice and provides a lot of great tips on making money continuously.

Everyone in the real estate industry, or thinking about the real estate industry, should get this. This book approach is thoughtful and inspired. Definitely contains all the stuff no one tells you in the beginning. This book contains years of experience and advice.

If you are going to get into real estate investing you will never find a book with all the answers to your questions. But this one is a good one to add to your collection. The author points to many other good sources for information.

Excellent book

Great book guys! Very informative and kept me engaged. Tremendous job,now I have found a new confidence!I like this book because it does expose you to all the aspects of rental property investing. Even the crap that you are going to have to deal with as a landlord. But it is a good book and does gives some tips on renovating a property to get ready for rentals.

What's great about this book is it can be used as a reference guide. Just pick a chapter that sparks your interest, you do not have to listen chapters in any specific order. I will be using this for as my on the go real estate reference guide. It's a great resource to sharpen your skills.
