Deep understanding

I appreciate this book so much that I had a conversation with the author. I recommend this book for DEI folks, system thinking folks, Lean thinking folks. Agile folks. Creating new products from a socialist viewpoint

The first time I have seen a book on how to create new products from this perspective. There are several examples mentioned but implementing the theory is a very long term play. With the excessive employee turnover at companies, it is hard to implement a plan over one year that is not based on short term profits.
