PM with examples

This book gave me multiple examples of how to handle different cases and dynamics that a Product Owner faces in the day-to-day. Illustrate multiple skills required to succeed as communication, listening, and compassion.

Great guidance to lead people in Product and squads. Chapters 4&5 were a bit repetitive.

Advice you can use

There is a chapter on conflict which I go back to everyday , the lessons are extremely practical Roman is very knowledgable about Product management . You can sense the effort that went into writing this book I love it
