Life-altering book

I read many of the reviews for this book before I started it, but I still had no idea what to expect. I am so glad I took the leap and listened to it! Words can't really describe the impact it's had on me, but I can definitely say it caused me to seriously shift my perspectives on many aspects of my relationships (thinking about past romantic relationships and relationships with family and friends- there is something to get out of it even if you're single like me!).

I have always been a believer in energy and how it can have an effect on those around you, but hearing Dr. Berman talk about the science behind it was something new to me and really validated things I'd just known intuitively, but almost felt a little crazy for believing in as the science-minded person I am. I would say if you're on the fence about this book, give it a shot with an open mind, and it just might surprise you. I am extremely grateful that I did. I even purchased the hard copy to reference, but listening to Dr. Berman as the book went on became almost therapeutic for me so my audiobook will definitely get another listen-to at some point!

a great way to change your mood and mindset

Caring author, useful information, changed my mindset on a daily basis. I needed some tools to help me be more positive, more loving and this book really helped.
