SO useful as a women in tech

Dr. Whitehouse’s book has had one of the most profound positive impacts on me. I greatly appreciated her scientific approach to energy management and how that impacts women in traditionally masculine fields. I could never understand why the more success I had in my career the more my body felt threatened and seemed to sabotage my rational brain. It never made sense to me and I felt so incredibly broken. Dr. Whitehouse helped me understand that my experiences are common, which helped me feel less alone in my challenges. I also really appreciated the structure and narrative of the book. It helped me understand the underlying reasons of why I was feeling powerless even when I should feel powerful.
