Stop scattered thinking!

I wish I had this book when I was younger. Sarah teaches you how to organize your problems into clear and solvable compartments. Sounds simple, but it’s nothing I’ve been taught how to do before this book.

I bought the audible version, narrated by the author, because I enjoy listening to her voice on her Toxic Person Proof podcast. I’m glad I got the audio version.
