Beware the wrath of a broken blind girl.
Victor. Torsten. Cassius – the jock, the artist, the stepbrother.
They made me theirs – body, heart, and soul.
They got inside my head.
They broke down my defenses and made me trust them
… maybe even love them.
They betrayed me.
They think they’re untouchable,
but they forget that I’m one of them.
I’m the poison flower in their garden,
beautiful and deadly,
hiding in plain sight.
I know all their secrets,
Their weaknesses,
Their darkest desires,
And I’m going to make them pay.
Poison Kiss is a new adult, dark contemporary romance with three hot, dangerous guys and the blind girl who rules them. It is intended for 18+ listeners.

Romance: 🖤💙❤️💚
Heat/Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📘
World building: 🌏🌍🌎🌍
Character development: 🙂🥰😎
Narration: 🎙🎙🎙🎙🎙
Narration type: Dual Narration
The heroine: Fergus Monroe (a.k.a. Fergie) - before moving to Emerald Beach California, she was known as the blind freak in her school, until a popular football player made her his girlfriend. He ended up betraying her by posting a sex video of her online. When her father married Collie Dio, she was able to change her identity and start over. She fell for her stepbrother and his friends and was again betrayed in the worst way. She doesn’t plan to run this time; she plans to get revenge on the Poison Ivy Club by taking them down.
The Heroes: Cassius, Victor, Torsten - They are the Poison Ivy Club. The do favors for people for a price, all having to do with college admissions, and getting certain people into Ivy league colleges, often at the expense of others who should have gotten in.
Cassius Dio (a.k.a. Cas) - he is the stepbrother of Fergie and has a rage problem. He is a killer and likes to be rough in bed. He thinks Fergie betrayed them by coming into his house under false pretenses to take the three families down.
Victor August - he is the caring one. He likes to be seen as safe to women and loves to take care of them. He fell hard for Fergie.
Torsten Lucien - he is a tortured artist with some form of Asperger’s. He isn’t good at talking to others and Fergie was the first girl that really seemed to like him, the first to want him.
The Story: The book starts out with a flashback to when Cas and Victor were dating a girl named Gemma who ended up killing herself. The scene was pretty dumb if you ask me. Gemma’s parents wouldn’t allow her to see Cas and Victor anymore, so Cas killed them, though he was put up to it by his brother Gaius. It was all pretty strange. I couldn’t see Gaius’s motives. He ended up claiming he did it and he went to prison for Cas, though as it was happening, he seemed to be pushing Cas into committing the murder.
Like I said in my review of the first book, that the reason I like these bully romances is not because of the bully parts, but the parts where the main characters become like a family, and they work together against outside forces out to destroy them. This book went a little too far in the revenge Fergie takes agains the Poison Ivy club. I wanted that part to be over quickly, and it wasn’t. I didn’t like who Fergie turned into while taking her revenge and it took way too long for her to get back with her guys.
This audiobook is told in multiple points of view in dual narration. Angelina Rocca, Myles Washington, Nelson Hobbs and Aaron Shedlock narrated it. Like with the first book, they did an excellent job, and I really enjoyed the narration. I just wish it was done in duet rather than dual narration, then we wouldn’t have to listen to men voicing women and vice versa.
