The most entertaining and impactful book I’ve listened to. The author has so much passion reading this book and you can feel the personal connection he has to each chapter. Definitely a must listen

What are you waiting for? Just buy it already. Tansey has more life experience over 7 years as a cop in the tip - just the tip - of his finger than all of you reading this combined. Tansey not only survived long enough to accumulate a book's worth of funny, wild, terrifying, gut-wrenching, almost unbelievable situations - he had the discipline to write everything down after he probably already wrote a report about it. Despite the book editor's best efforts, Tansey's humor and way with words still shines through in this slice of life masterpiece. And not that Tansey has anything to be embarrassed about, it takes a serious set of stones to share such personal events and emotions with the world. I hope he makes enough money from this book to afford a massive wheelbarrow to cart those boulders around.

This book fixed my ED. Years of viagra, Blue chew, testosterone injections, and large and uncomfortable pumps never helped me achieve the Washington monument in my pants that this book did.

Hilarious from beginning to end - LMFAO

Much anticipated and did not disappoint!!! I had the release of this book on my calendar for months, purchased the audiobook version and was so excited to hear that Eric Tansey was going to narrate the book himself. Each chapter is a mini story with a lot of humor thrown in, no matter the subject. Epic, masterfully crafted, and enjoyable until the end. I hope there is a part two that may come out of the journals that Eric Tansey wrote, I know there's more stories!
Guns Up Giddy Up!!!

Very well written story of a cops career

Eric shared many stories from his insane career in the Raleigh PD. The stories were real, funny and heartbreaking at times. Thank you, Eric for giving us this view of what it was like being a hard charger in a very difficult profession. If only the Raleigh PD could get their shit together. Very proud to know you. Cheers man!
