Honest and raw and important

I loved Elliot Page’s wonderful book. It’s an important work to help people understand him and his journey, and to learn more about trans people. It was a captivating listen.

Great and brutal

It's an excellent memoir but prepare yourself Eliot is very open about his trauma it will twist guts.

Good, but sad

Paige focuses on a lot of the sad times in his life. I guess that’s the tone he was going for. I knew him on a film set years ago and I remember a very sweet, empathetic, energetic, funny person. Sure we all have inner turmoil we’re working through, but this just made me sad. Sad that you can’t see his more uplifting side. Good for him for living this truth though. I wish him more happy times ahead.

An important read

Not only is this a very good book but also an important one. I wish it was required reading for all the anti LGBTQ’ers out there. Immersing themselves in Elliot’s story would help a lot of people understand and empathize.
