Very insightful

I happened to hear about this book when my employer was planning to arrange a session with the author in our leadership series. Great book, best part is I already took few small steps to take action. The way author kept suggesting more books through out the book is amazing. I am planning to get the physical copy too so I can revisit certain sections.

I really enjoy this audio book, Andy has a great job compiling all you need to know to own your career and your self development.

Practical and motivating guide to set or revisit balanced goals

I just finished this book and it was a well-structured way to bring together all of the tools and tips you often hear referenced for how to be an effective leader and pursue goals most meaningful to you. I’ve been drifting lately and it helped me to gain the motivation to create a tangible plan for pursuing work I love - not just work I know I can do. I’m now waiting on the workbook and excited to create my 90 day plan to make it happen!
