Author never really establishes himself as a leader. Lots of stories. Slow to get to the point. Not really useful.

Just a couple of poorly written stories

This is very shallow... and I say this because it doesn't explain the leadership experience at all, nor the character development from a psychological perspective. It's just a couple of cliche stories poorly written which don't compare at all with the real outward bound expedition. You're better off spending your money on the expedition than on this book.
