Neurospicy and love

We all have been waiting for Vicky and Mike’s book and it’s more than I could ever have dreamed of. Susie Tate brings Vicky to life, showing that autism is not one dimensional, also showing the downside of abuse of vulnerable people. With Mike, she brought in a MMC that loves Vicky for her and her neurospicy side. Absorbing Vicky’s needs with environment, touch and noise and showing how he loves her anyway. Outlier is romance in 2025!
The voice actors Shane East and Zara Hampton-Brown were perfect for this book! Bringing the characters from the page to life!

Anticipated and just as expected

I love this series by Susie Tate each features a groveling hero who does the work to win back the trust of his love. This one has a teddy bear gruff hero who deeply misunderstands the heroine, but once he gets to know her he falls hard. The big bear is her perfect protector. We know the heroine and hero from the two previous stories in the series and so have been anticipating seeing their story play out. I loved it. There are a couple of times that I feel like Vicky is too perceptive when she’s in her POV (which is not true to her character or condition) but that only took me out of her story a bit and I got over it. All in all, I loved the ride.

Enjoyed

Although Mike was rude and ignorant in the beginning, he became protective and truly enjoyed Vicky for who she was.

I was not expecting to have so much rage while reading this book, but Vicky’s family is the worst. I’m glad she found someone to show her that it’s okay to be yourself.

Fabulous series

The series revolves around dysfunctional individuals and families each filled with heartbreaking pasts, a bit of humor and logic and how love helps overcome. Enjoy
