I saw Eric Chester recently at a conference and he reviewed this book with us. It was so informative, innovative, and practical. I would strongly recomend to any business owner or manager. He really shares dynamic, out of the box approaches to what make our employees want to work hard for us.

Mixed - some 4 &5 moments, but also 2&3

Book had some real good moments, but also had a lot of repetitive sections that dragged on.

Perspective Changing!

On Fire at Work is engaging from cover to cover. Full of practical advice and examples that I can use TODAY!

Great book!

This book is very helpful for a first time manager. I’ve listened to it three times already. Each time I gain new ways to improve my management skills and improve the morale of my department. Highly recommend!

No clue as to real world

Obvious the writer knows nothing about the real world of employer employee relationships. Have to wonder if he has ever employed more then 10 people at any one time.
