Not my favorite

Ended up not finishing this one as the characters were unlikable and the story was slow. Love other books by this author though.

Well written but not my cup of tea.

I like the cozy stories & this is not one. It feels heavy, couldn't finish.

Sliding Doors meets historical fiction? Yes please.

This is the story of a woman who has a room to rent in the 1920’s in London. 3 applicants. The book shares how the world would change if each one of them got selected for the room. One act (offering the room) to each person makes different series of actions unfold. All storylines are plausible.

Tedious

The plot synopsis sounded engaging, but the actual story was really tedious. Perhaps because the characters were not relatable. Fine narration but a boring books😔

It was touted as a mystery book. 2.3 hours in it turned into something else. No thank you.

Don’t read. The reviews and summary were misleading. No thank you. And I still need more words so this will be published.
