Outstanding work that has it all

Narration was incredible. Though a rom com -that wasn’t the sole focus- very real about dysfunctional families and the toll depression can take on a family. Her re-emergence to take on life better the 2nd time around was inspiring and fun. Funny, real and beautifully developed story line. Loved it!

Live everyday and enjoy it

This story makes you love your life and if you don't then do something about it. Nora was a pleaser and it was and it was not working out for her with a dominating father who is never pleased with her choices, a mother who wants her to be a skinny model that alone would make a strong person weak. It's a great story.

Cute story

Not at all too sappy! Loved her memories of her grandfather. Nice to discuss depression and suicide attempt

Not a romance novel

I’ve read/listened to several books by this author, some multiple times. As a rule, I’ve enjoyed them. I was very disappointed that the 2 characters don’t reunite again until chapter 43. I wish I had known before I started listening.
