love these stories. always a surprise and well developed. love the characters. looking forward to the next book.

Engrossing

Well, it was entertaining and held my attention. I love the way Sebastian is understanding of Gemma's need to use her intelligence. I was also glad to see Sebastian reconcile with his brother. This case was a bit on the weird side and was made more interesting by having some of the suspects living right under the same roof as Sebastian. I knew the killer was a doctor but couldn't decide which one. So many possibilities ran through my mind and that's what makes for a good book, it keeps you guessing. I want Sebastian and Gemma to hurry up and get married. Their marriage is going to add an all new slant to the books, and hopefully in a good way. Bring on the next book!

I know this is a murder mystery but I cannot get enough of the romance in this series. absolutely my favorite book so far!

Love the characters, creative writing unpredictable narrative and wonderful narrator! Absolutely one of my favorites!

Intriguing storyline

Another great addition to this series. Narration is not great, so slow it is unnatural. On 1.25 speed is greatly improved. Can't wait for the next one!

I really enjoy these mysteries. This one kept me guessing until the very end the narration is also excellent very soothing to listen to.

Good story terrible narrator

Please get a new narrator she’s just awful ! I love this series and this installment doesn’t disappoint but there are so many talented narrators to choose from - please change to a diff one

What happened? Narrator ruined it for me. I had to speed up to 1.20 just to get thought it.
