Always loved English mysteries.

The story was very interesting, original, and entertaining. The characters were really interesting and intelligent. The narration was really very well done. I look forward to more books by Frances Evesham.

Terrible Narrator!

The story in itself isn’t bad. But the narrator makes it terrible. Almost couldn’t finish the story.

I life’s the smooth transition from one part of the plot to another. Character developed was fast.

I enjoyed the book, but really struggled with the narrator. I almost didn't finish the book, but it's was a short book. I love series, but I'm skipping book #2 since it's the same narrator.
