I like that Mr. Ehret brings some very compelling evidence to the table on fasting and the source of all ailments. this also includes recipes for a mucusless diet as well as suggestions for stretching that I find useful.

Very informative and eye opening!
If you’re looking to clean up your body, this book is a great start. It’s informative, educational and easy to understand. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to change their eating habits and heal their body.

There were some nuggets
This was an ok read but sometimes hard to follow. You’re able to pull a few nuggets from it though.
