Feel good story

Great story line and has it’s sexy moments but also has its good moments as well. Very relatable!

I loved how these two were able to work on their issues together, and ended up happy.

This was one of the best books I've listened to this year. It had a really great story. John Solo the vocal artist was outstanding, he didn't just read the book he made it sound like he was living it. I always have to speed up my books, this was as 1.25x .

A Great Listen!!

This is a great read for the holidays. Casey left home four years ago without a word to his best friend and the man he'd fallen in love with, Joel. When Casey comes home for the holidays, you can understand why Joel is so standoffish when it comes to falling back into even a friendship with Casey, but their first kiss changes everything. Although the story between the once best friends and trying to re-establish their friendship into something more, they had to deal with their families, who made this even more difficult. Casey's parents, especially his father, is deplorable in how they treat Joel, all because of where he lives and what he chooses to do with his life. But Joel's own father is such an... (insert several curse words here).

As Casey and Joel traverse their new feelings, along with old prejudices, you see that these two best friends belong together. This was a wonderful story. It reminds you not to give up, even when things seem hopeless and the love between these two men put a smile on my face and made me love the Christmas season a little more.

The narration is wonderful and although I read the story before, the narration brought the story to life for me and I enjoyed getting lost in the this lovely holiday story!!
