The absolute best and sexiest audiobook I have listened to in a very long time.

She did it again!

I love this author. I have read all her books and this book is just as amazing as the others I have listened to. The people cast did an excellent job at bringing these characters to life

I loved this book. I went in completely blind so my jaw dropped more than once. And the performance was top tier.

Way to many chapters with constant changing of POV. This made listening tedious

I typically like this author, but the past two books have been written very differently than her previous work.
There 159 chapters to this book, some with only a couple sentences or a paragraph. Announcing each chapter and pov change made it a difficult listen for me. The pace was pretty slow as far as an actual story. It didn’t pick up until around 70% in.
Buddy the fox actually stole the show.
The female narrator also wasn’t a good fit for the role. She has strange inflections to her tone and draws out the last word of every sentence especially if it’s the last one in her chapter. This got VERY. tedious.
The male narrator was the only saving grace. The spice level was good, but took off really fast without the couple actually forming a connection.
Overall it was a decent read, but a very tedious and problematic listen for me.
