Awesome information about menopause.
Brief and concise. This is great information for any woman who has just started...or is going through...the change of life also known as menopause.
Ms Northrup demystifies and informs in such a way that gives cause for celebrating a rite of passage rather than a fear of aging. Instead she talks about finding our joy, listening to inner-wisdom,.and also what to do to keep the fires of passion burning beyond our 70s! Yes! :-)

A light hearted look at Menopause.
I would definitely recommend this any woman experiencing menopause. It gives a quite overview of Menopause with a sense of humor. It consists of a light heart truth regarding menopause. The humor the author, Northrup, uses to educate on the experience Menopause is amusing and enjoyable.Christiane Northrup gave me hope and a new fresh outlook of experience of menopause. It lifted my spirit and gave me hope for the future.

Absolutely fabulous
Truly an entertaining and informing audio. I bought this audio after hearing her briefly on PBS. She's funny yet captures very key health changes and suggests ways to move forward. I listen to the audio atleast once a week and I can't help but laugh out loud regardless of where I might be. A must.
