It's all in your head! love this woman!
Christiane makes life so much easier! she makes some great points and leads you in the right direction. she is a great teacher, just wished I had a dr. like her.

Loved it. It certainly does give joy.
This book is insightful, funny and full of great information. Her style of delivery is delightful. I will probably listen to it again.

Bring the Joy
Christiane Northrup brings new awareness to the word Joy! I listened to this every day for 2 weeks. I own the thoughts that she wanted to share and take them with me each day. I have shared what I learned daily. Uplifting, inspiring and very informative. If you want Joy to be in the front of your thoughts you have found the intro.

Joy is a Choice
I felt like I was listening in on a support group meeting where the members needed to be shown how to choose joy over negativity, apathy or mediocrity.
I will re-listen to this book until I no longer need a reminder to do the same.
