Self-love is the foundation of a fulfilled life. Without self-love, it is difficult for us to be happy with ourselves and others. This meditation will help you develop a deep love for yourself and influence your life positively.
From a spiritual point of view, the principle “as within so without” applies. It means that the world around you is created from within. What we feel and believe inside shows up in our outer world. Meditation for Deep Self-Love supports you in shaping your inner and also your outer world, according to your wishes.
Frequencies, natural sounds, piano music, and lovely affirmations lead you into your inner world and ensure relaxation and good feelings. The introduction and the ending of our meditations represent the journey into the subconscious mind and back into the conscious mind. The main part focuses entirely on the specific subject of the meditation.
You get two versions of the meditation: the first one with a focus on the music and the other one with a louder voice.
