5 stars for singing bowls only.
The 50 minutes of singing bowls is worth the price of admission. The two hour filler that follows is such a negative that it makes me ill to listen to it. I don't know why it was necessary to add it, except to promote this item as a full audio book.. It does a disservice to the experience. On the plus side the singing bowls are my perfect meditation aid, and I have played them repeatedly. That is why I gave this 5 stars, solely on the basis of the beautiful singing bowls.

Best sleep aid and for anxiety/stress
The second chapter is all I need to fall asleep when my mind is hyper focused on some stressor in my life. Also, I’ve used this with a baby in my life to settle him down at nap time. High quality performance.

Very relaxing
Best buy ever. Allows me to put my day away without a lot of fan fare. Am able to allow the sounds of the chimes relax my mind and ease away all stress and tension. Just as good as writing in a journal putting your day away...

I'm disappointed because only a small portion of this is singing bowls. the rest is some synthesized music that is not even remotely natural. Not at all what I intended to buy.

Bells are small portion
Less than half of the time is bells. Most is backround sound that was not comforting or relaxing for me.
