A bit textbook approach up front. Sections 2 and 3 take less scrutiny to digest. Overall, a very worthwhile guide for those in a lost relationship or death or a spouse.

this book has amazing information that rings true for me and will probably do the same for you. the audible version is a little confusing as there are multiple chapter 1's etc... just think there are 3 parts
