Malignant narcissism is a psychological disorder that's an extreme mix of narcissism, antisocial behavior, aggressiveness, and sadism. It has all of the characteristics of narcissism - but it takes them to the extreme.

I suffered at the hands of a malignant narcissist for seven years. I’m just at the doorway discovering what kind of partner I’m married to. I’m in the stage of an eye opening and disbelief. This brief but excellent book it’s a great guide and creating hope forever my future self surviving steps.

I can agree with every single sentence in this book! This book is such a good read. If you really need an understanding and confirmation, definitely read this book.

Learn your true value

This will cause pain, but pain that must be felt. There will be things you hear that you wish didn’t apply to you, but they do. I would say this is a must
read/listen. How could she? Why does/doesn’t she? What have I done to deserve this? Use this book as a tool to dig yourself out of the heart ache and trenches of being victimized by a malignant narcissist.

On Point

It's a hard pill to swallow, but hearing the similarities and understanding the whys based on key personality traits was revealing. Pushing through the emotional trauma and breaking the cycle is important to move forward. The light at the end is knowing you'll be freed.
