Another 5 star book added to my favorite collection. Deep, tragic, suspenseful and joyous. can't wait for nightfall

Clean, interesting and well fleshed-out characters and plot! This is a really enjoyable book that I highly recommend.

Strong character and world building experience enjoyed this book. Can’t wait for Nightfall next in this series.

A little slow in places - but overall worth it!

Wonderful voices by Reynolds as always - I’m not sure the story would quite come alive as much - or be as easy to follow without him. Can’t wait for the next installment, even if it can drag a bit at times.

So-So

The interludes and prologues are like listening to a different book. It's parts of the story never brought up before or pays of the story that have never been explained, you just have to write notes to hopefully connect the dots. If I have to write notes to follow a story, I'm not interested. I'm listening to the prologue right now. I'm listening to a story about someone named Charlotte, this is my first time hearing about this character. I don't know where this character fits in the story. I enjoy many aspects of the series but there's also too much that really is like listening to a different book altogether and I do not like that. Don't know if I'll continue on.

I enjoyed it from beginning to end. Kept me on the edge of my seat throughout. Make me want to ride a dragon.

Mage Fall

I have enjoyed the Mage fall series a lot. I feel it is very well written and the narration was absolutely perfect. I hope to lesson to more books from David Esty in the future
