Great Listen

I loved listening to this book but have not been able to access the accompanying pdf despite several attempts.

I have just one kind of silly, but important thought— i really wish Jennie narrated this devotion!!!

It’s amazing the difference in hearing the author narrate- the inflection is more natural, the emphasis is placed where the heart of the author intended. And this narration misses some of that!
And I’m sure that’s some of my humanness at play expecting to hear A specific voice- God will still speak! Thanks!

This is a listen that may or may not pull at your heartstrings. It may light a fire, it may rekindle a fire, it may make you think. If you follow Jennie Allen, you will like Made for This.

Inspiring

This book is well written and inspiring to follow our God given calling. The real life stories and testimonies are applicable to all who are striving to live the Christian life of obedience.

Great book.

Very, very encouraging! Loved it and hope others will catch the vision that is cast here!

A good recap.

Having read Restless and Anything this one felt like a summation of those two. I wasn’t expecting that and initially I was annoyed. However, having the other two in paperback form and this one in audible the Lord showed me value in this particular work for that reason.

I sometimes wonder if authors repackage and remix as things do seem super familiar…

Worth a listen if you haven’t read the other two.

I agree with others, it would have been better if Jennie read it.

Cannot access PDF

Have been loving this so much but cannot access the PDF download. Anyone have any tips?

Repetitive, same stories that are in her other books.

I listened to multiple books of this author and found them repetitive. They had different subjects and titles but the same examples and stories. Some of the stories were somewhat dramatic especially in the book about friendships. These books were ok but nothing overly inspirational about them.

Tone

Sadly I could not get past the readers tone. I prefer to hear the author narrate her story. I most likely would not have purchased the book if I had realized it was not being read. The devil wins this one
