Life changing
This book and all things David Essel are life changing. My life has been stuck in burnout, trauma , resentment, codependency for 20 years and even though I've been in therapy, listening to podcasts every day, gone though every self help book I could find nothing Even touches the level of insight I got from this book and all of David Easels programs/podcasts. I even have my therapist researching him and learning his programs. This book is life changing and so very helpful.
