This is the third book in the Lakeside Hospital series. Each book can be enjoyed as a stand-alone novel and the series can be listened to in any order.

Don’t listen - read

I think that Cara Melone is a good writer, this is the 3rd book in this series and I liked the story, but I can’t still get used to the way Victoria Landon narrates, Sorry but she has this way of reading that makes it hard to follow sometimes.

Great story so so narration

I enjoyed the story but I find the narration to be difficult at times. I'm getting more used to the frequent pauses as I've listened to the other books that preceded this in the series. My biggest issue with this book is that the narrator mispronounces medical terms. If you're going to narrate a book that includes medical terminology you should put the effort into finding out the correct way to pronounce things before recording the book. As a medical professional it grated on my nerves.
