The book you weren’t ready to need

I didn’t know if I was ready to listen to this book. It’s been sitting in my “to read” shelf for about 6 weeks now. This book did the impossible for me. It took me on a journey from experiencing my own heart break, to better understanding the heart break of others, and finally to letting myself sit and feel all of these emotions without shame. Whether you think you are ready or not to read (or listen to) this book, trust me when I say that it WILL help you.

Enjoyed the narrator but not much substance. Tried to cover too much, which made every story weak.

Excellect presentation

I am grateful to Lodro's modern, light and easy way of presenting Buddhist teachings infused with the wisdom of his own life experiences. He narration of this audio book was also very well done.
Good for people just starting to explore spirituality/Buddhism/meditation, or just people wanting to find an alternative to their broken hearts.

Like talking to a friend you've known forever.

Lodro's presentation of this book feels like a conversation with a friend you've known for forever. His points of view are wise and useable in this crazy world we live in. I feel blessed for taking the time to listen.

Short & Healthy

This has been super helpful. Lodro speaks/writes with... No préjudice (if that's the right way to say that).

Although it might be hard to swallow when your heartbreak is still very raw.

it's such a great book. something that I didn't think anyone could understand, but the biggest lesson is to let what you feel, be. work through it in your own time and space.

another great book by Mr. Rinzler

easy to read as Mr Rinzlers books always are. however it's not a normal book, more like a help guide. so like a first aid guide you flip to the type of heartbreak you are dealing with.

EVERYONE Needs this book

Everything about this book was everything i needed. I will listen again and again. i have been heart broken for what seems like forever and nothing helped... until i came across this book. Please give it a listen. i wish i could thank him personally.
